@Johno1962  Have you tried restarting the Charge 2?  Has it ever and then quit tracking?

@Johno1962 Thanks for joining us! Do you mean that the tracker itself isn't recording your activity or that this activity isn't been displayed on your account. For both instances please try a restart like @Kmransom123 said by doing the following:

Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.

Additionally if it is a syncing issue please try restarting your phone which ideally is a compatible one or restart the computer and then retry the syncing between them.

Let me know how it goes!

My Fitbit is not updating my steps to my device.

@Phyllis57 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing with your phone. This sounds as a sync issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

My ionic Fitbit suddenly stopped tracking steps and miles on the device and on the app. I tried plugging in and holding button. Got the icon but still not tracking. I’ve run over 5 miles today but it is showing 1.2 and is stuck there. Heart rate and all other functions appear to be working.
