Sounds like you have a case of 'Fitbit'. It's a common affliction among Fitbit owners and the symptoms develop quite suddenly. One moment it seems like everything is working fine and then all of a sudden your device stops working. You follow the troubleshooting guidelines provided by Fitbit and still your Fitbit won't work. When you contact customer support they will confirm you have followed the troubleshooting steps. When you confirm you have they will check if your device is still under warranty. If by some miracle it is you can follow their process to claim for a new device under warranty, but if it's not under warranty there is nothing further they will do to help restore your current device. They will send you a discount code to replace the device so that you can encounter this same issue again in 1-2 years. Happy shopping (might I suggest shopping somewhere other than Fitbit?).
