My HR reading stopped registering on my device and the app.  I've already restarted my device several times without success.   Anything else I should try?

I'll be glad to help you with your inquiry about the heart rate that is no longer being registered on both, your Charge 3 and the Fitbit app. Thanks for restarting your tracker prior to contacting us.
