My honor 6x will not connect to my charge 2

After reading through the forums and trying multiple troubleshoots, I am still no further forward. 

 

After selecting add new device, it says found tracker, sometime it asks to pair and enter code but then is still unable to connect, other times it does not even ask to enter 4 digit code.

 

I have tried resetting, phone, charge 2, disconnected bluetooth and unpaired all items and still no further forward. 

 

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated please
