Hello. My own fitbit is broken. I would like to begin using my husband's perfectly fine HR 2, but he passed away 18 months ago and I don't know his password. Any suggestions? Because of Covid-19 I can't get through to anyone. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @LGensheimer you can set up the Fitbit on your account as a replacement device on an existing account - click for directions. You don't need your husband's password to do this. Customer support is a bit busier these days with so many people out of school and staying home from work. Glad you thought to come to the forums. We're here for you.
