My iPhone 7 cannot find my Charge 2

My iPhone 7 cannot find my Charge 2 under bluetooth in settings. I've tried resetting my Charge 2 and turning my bluetooth on and off and it still doesn't show up in the discoverable devices. I have it synced to my old iPhone 6s, but I turned the bluetooth off on it so it's not currently connected to that phone and it still won't work. I've searched and searched and cannot find a solution to my problem that actually works.

@shelbylynn1293 I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your iPhone 7 not syncing with your Charge 2. The syncing is done via the Fitbit app not from the phone's bluetooth settings. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
