My messages only show ”[message]"-Charge 3

Can`t read messages in my Fitbit-app. Sent messages shows like ”[message]". Guess it should be some other text there. Some settings wrong? Restart makes No difference.

Thanks for your response and for the screen shot @Fredman.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot once again your cellphone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

 

Whether this doesn't help, change the language to English to see if the messages show up (changing the language on your phone changes the language in the Fitbit app). 

 

In addition, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

We are five in this challenge and as I know two of us can see the messages,
maybe three. Me and Anita can´t see any messages.

In this case, I would recommend waiting for the next Fitbit app release. Whenever an update be available you'll receive a notification to update. Thank you for your patience while dealing with this situation.
