Hello,
Just received my brand new Charge 3 and am trying to set it up. It keeps showing that the battery is charging and then the screen goes blank. It won’t even let me set it up in the fit bit app bc it won’t stay on.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Hello there @KateAS10, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.
Thanks for the details provided about your new Charge 3, I'm here to help you.
Since your tracker is new, I'd recommend charging it for about 1-2 hours. Once the time has passed by, try setting it up as suggested here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue having issues, please try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

I too have had trouble syncing - like 1000000's of other fitbit users according to this community.
I have tried everything suggested in help. I then thought to remove my Charge 3 from my app account and reset it up. This has made it worse. I cannot now connect my Charge 3 to my ios app.
It finds it but then will not connect.
This is frustrating. Please do not point me to trouble shooting. I have tried all this. Please just inform us that there is a problem and that you you are working on the fix.

Hello there @Jezza70, thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you've been experiencing between your Charge 3 and iOS device. I appreciate you've taken the time to sort this out.
If you removed your Charge 3 from the Fitbit app, please go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and also remove the Charge 3 from the there. Once your tracker no longer appears neither in the Fitbit app nor the Bluetooth settings, please set it up once again.
On the other hand, if you continue having syncing difficulties after pairing your Charge 3, I was wondering if by any chance you see any message at the top of your Fibit app when you pull down for a manual sync? Do you see "Looking for device or No device found?
In the meantime, please make sure to follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.

Please. Stop. Your company NEEDS to admit that there is a REAL issue that CANNOT be fixed. There are just too many of us having the same issues. I have been a long-time fitbit wearer for years. With this last issue, and the lack of true customer service I have received - I believe that I am completely done with your company and product. I will no longer recommend fibit to people in my groups/clubs. Who has money to waste like this? I know that I don't.
FIX. YOUR. NUMEROUS. ISSUES.
