Hi all!

 

I just received my Charged 4, but when I try to charge it, it seems like it is not working, the screen remains black... does anyone have a solution? thanks!

Hi there, @JOy27. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your new Charge 4.

As a first approach, please make sure that you clip the end of the charging cable to the port on the back of your tracker. The pins on the charging clip must lock securely with the gold contacts on the back of the tracker. Your tracker vibrates, and a battery icon appears on the screen.

Note that charging your device to 100% may take 1-2 hours.​ A solid battery icon with a smile appears when your device is charged to 100%.

If after 2 hours of charging, your Charge 4 doesn't respond, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
