My Charge 4 won’t show sleep stages because it says that it can’t  get a “consistent” heart rate reading, despite wearing it tightly, using the supplied wrist band, resetting the app (on an iPhone), and more. Suggestions, please.

What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the suggestion. I’ll try wearing the device more loosely, but
I have a big wrist and “looser” means on the last hole of the band. Can I
get a longer one?
