My charge is fully charged, have tried the trouble shooting. But it still wont turn on

Is it really a new Charge HR @DeeEng73 this model hasn't been made in almost 4 years, I have my doubts as to the health of the battery.

Are the bands glued onto the tracker, or are they easily removable. 

What does the box say the tracker is? 

Does it have a real button on the left or a touch button. 

What happens when holding in the button for 15 seconds while it is charging.
