I’ve just come back from the shops where I returned my 3 months old Charge 4 because the GPS stopped working. They exchanged it for a brand new one that is not synching! Am I so unlucky, or these trackers are no good? Who can help me?

Go into Settings on your phone, then Bluetooth and make sure your Fitbit shows it has been synched.

Thank you. That is exactly what I did, but the phone is not picking up the Fitbit sign! Turn on and off phone and Fitbit, but still no luck.

I am a bit unlucky too. I got my Fitbit back because it didn't picked up steps and calories. They replaced it but with the new one, I always have problems with the pairing, after I had it in the charger. I found out that it takes quite a while to pick up the signal for a pairing request. You need to < forget the device > and start from the start.
Drives me nuts. I miss the old fashion Fitbit, I never ever had problems, they were just simpler and did the job.
