My phone and my fitbit wont connect

For the last couple of days, my fitbit wouldent synk, it said: no device found.  I deletet the device, and now i can't connect again.  I am told to turn on/off Bluetooth, hide other devices, and have power on my fitbit.  Done all of thees things.  Reopened the fitbit app as well. I have not deletet my account, only my device. Elin

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
