I got a new phone a few weeks ago and ever since my phone has been having trouble syncing in with my charge . If I’m lucky it syncs once maybe twice a day. My Fitbit is past it’s warranty and if I can’t get it to work properly I probably won’t use Fitbit anymore

Could the problem be your phone rather than the fitbit? Have you checked that it works with fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
