My phone can’t sync with my charge 3 fitbit

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync your Fitbit Charge 3.

 

Please be aware, to use the Fitbit app you must have one of the following operating systems installed on your phone or tablet:

 

  • Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
  • Android OS 7.0 or higher

In order to resolve syncing issues, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps on this article.

 

In addition, you can set your Tracker as a replacement device by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
