My replacement band is broken, can I claim another?

In July last year, Fitbit sent me a replacement band for my charge 4 because it was still under warranty, I have had the band less than a year and it is cracked and in a bad way. Does anyone know if I can claim another one?

 

I am asking here because the returns and warranty page is not working currently.

Hi @ben._  the warranty period, depending on where you live, is one year (USA) or 2 years (some European countries) from the original date of purchase. The replacement band is only under warranty for the remaining period of time from the purchase, not a year after the replacement. You can always ask support if there are any options, too.

Thanks for the response. My problem was that I could find the link to lodge the claim, I have since found it
