My silent alarms are not working properly-Charge 3

My firbit is acting weird, my alarm doesn't work sometimes and sometimes I can't see my alarm I have set up alarm for 5:00 (smart wake up) , 5:16 and 18:00, but for the last two months it either not alarming or when I check the alarm it alarm for 7:00, 7:30 and the 18:00 does even shown up. The watch is about two years old from when I got it. What is wrong with it and how can I fix it? I'm really relying on this silent alarm to not wake up my family that are light sleepers

To try to resolve the issue, please remove your current silent alarms and restart your Fitbit Charge 3. Set up your silent alarms once again by following these instructions and sync your Charge 3.

 

Whether this doesn't help, set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
