I use my alarms to get to the gym early. I used the app, click which alarms I want (or do a new one) and sync it. About 20% of the time, it doesn’t go off and I look at in the morning and it shows it’s still set (now for the following morning). Any ideas would be appreciated!

One suggestion I have seen when having trouble with alarms, though I personally have never tried it, is to delete all alarms, sync, then re-add them. It's worth a shot.
Another possibility I suppose you have already considered is that the alarm might have gone off but just didn't wake you.

I’ll have to try deleting and syncing, then adding my alarm back.
I originally thought it wasn’t waking me up but everytime I check my Fitbit or the app after it didn’t go off, the alarms say it’s turned on for the next day (but when I shut it off, it clears the alarm and I have to turn it on for the next day).

I have the same problem! Sometimes the alarm works fine, but others it doesn’t go off, and when I check, it’s then set for the next day! This *just* happened again this morning...
