My sons heart monitor stopped working

Interesting that my sons heart monitor stopped working and my side button stopped working the same week!  These two were bought around the same time.

 

The heart rate monitor just stopped working.  I have cleaned the contacts and the whole watch.  Restarted multiple times and fully charged.  Tried switching on/off the monitor from the app all to no avail, is there anything else I can try?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. For the heart rate tracking issue the device of your son is experiencing, please try: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and for your issue, try our restart process. Let me know if the issues persists.
