Interesting that my sons heart monitor stopped working and my side button stopped working the same week! These two were bought around the same time.
The heart rate monitor just stopped working. I have cleaned the contacts and the whole watch. Restarted multiple times and fully charged. Tried switching on/off the monitor from the app all to no avail, is there anything else I can try?
