My Fitbit Charge 3 isn’t registering my outdoor walk as exercise. It shows I’ve walked 10,000 steps today, but it’s still 0/5 days exercise. This happened last week too. Could someone please advise?

Please make sure that your goal is set correctly on your Fitbit account. You can find instructions in this this article.

 

If everything is fine, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these steps. In addition, our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. For instructions on how to update, please visit this site.
