my steps per hour save during the day, but will not save in history. Got the device on 12/28/18 and worked fine for about 10 days. No, no history data. Ideas/thoughts/help?

Hey @tbmckie, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! So after you sync your Charge 2, the next days appears that there are no steps for the previous days, is that right? If that is the case, I suggest you to try to restart your Charge 2, then log out and log back in, and then sync your tracker.
