My steps didn’t reset at midnight. Adding steps to my total yesterday. Has done this a few times. When I turn phone off and back on it usually restarts steps. Today, that doesn’t work. I need help on getting my steps restarted.

I'm sorry to hear that your steps didn't reset at midnight. This is definitely not an expected behavior. Thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting us. There is actually no way to manually reset your information but in order to avoid experiencing this issue again, please be so kind to perform a restart to your Fitbit Charge 2 by following these steps.
