When I put my tracker on around 11:30, it showed I was already at 4,000 calories burned. Normally I’m only at about 700 by then. It doesn’t shown any erroneous exercise but when I look at the calories chart it show a huge spike from like 5-9 AM. Is there anyway to reset it to the BMR amount??

@elisechristine Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your incorrect calorie calculation. Have you logged any activities (you say it doesn't show any erroneous exercise but have you actually logged any)? If this is the case check what information you have logged as this may have affected the calorie calculation. Also if you have a third party app linked to your account then this could also cause the previous scenario. Could you share a screenshot of the activities logged for this date? Have you tried removing any activities for the affected date?
Let me know how it goes.
