My watch is showing a thin half bar

When I changed my mobile to an Huawei pro lite my stopped working and stopped syncing so I have not be able to use the watch now can anyone help.

Your title describes a failed firmware update, but your post is about something else. Maybe. 

 

Is your Charge HR still attached to your Fitbit account?
