After having my charge two for a week, the part of the band that attaches to the actual Fitbit broke. I got a new one, but it broke in the exact same exact spot. Would my warranty still cover another one since I just got it replaced? And what can I do to stop this from happening? It hasn't even been a month since I've purchased it and only seems to last a week before the wristband breaks.

You are right on. I’m not purchasing another FitBit until the weak strap issue is fixed.

Since the Charge is no longer manufactured, as many many have mentioned. For a lot less aggregation and a $5 cup of coffee for you and another for a friend you can get a nice metal band from Amazon. BTW it cost them about 70 cents to make their most expensive coffee.

I bought an aftermarket strap that I find much better than the original.

Hello, just had my third band for Charger 2 purchased in April 2018 break. Had second one replaced after warranty expired. Dealing with support now. Can’t believe how terrible the bands are. What is being done about it please?

Just wondering if it worked for you? Onto band 4 if Fitbit provide another band 19 months after purchase.

Rocking the same band on a Garmin for over a year with no issues

@Gabby11 I don't know if any user will be able to tell you if Fitbit will do anything for a tracker that was discontinued over a year ago. However I can't believe there are people that haven't spent $8USD for a metal band from Amazon after their first band broke.BTW it took 2.5 years for my band to break.

I bought a band from SUPCASE. Very happy with it. I prefer it much better than the one that came with the fitbit.
