I was attempting to connect fitbit to a different myfitnesspal account, i revoked access first and then it disappeared.  How to bring back myfitnesspal to grant access?

Hi, Try opening your MyFitnessPal app for your new account, select more, select apps & devices, select Fitbit. I believe that is how I connected mine. I hope this helps.
