NO HELP on subpar product

So basically, there's no support at all right now from FitBit.  Had a Charge 2 for a couple years and loved it.  Upgraded to the Charge 3, and have had nothing but issues with it.  It was replaced once, and now the strap broke and the piece to attach it is broken so new band won't attach.   I CANNOT GET ANY HELP FROM SUPPORT.   I think I will just replace it with an Apple Watch and call it a day.   I'm very disappointed with FitBit products and customer service.

The same thing has happened to me. After being on a chat with Fitbit, they determined that the Charge 3 is faulty. Of course it is over the warranty, so they said they would give me a discount on a new one. that is bull**ahem**. they make junk stuff. I would say go get something better. This is the second Fitbit I have had that crapped out after two years.
