Where can I find a replacement band for my Fitbit Charge 2? They used to be sold on the Fitbit website; but it seems they are no longer available. Not a good way to support your product line.

 

Does anyone know where to get a Fitbit brand replacement band for the Charge 2? I have bought the off-brands and they fall off right away -- no good.

 

Please help!!

Hi @breezy64 . That Fitbit model has been replaced by newer generations. I know you’ve had bad luck with third party bands in the past, but if you search for “Fitbit Charge 2 bands” in Amazon, you’ll see sports bands, leather bands and more.

Mine has broken twice too!  They obviously have a defective band.  We should not have to buy a new product every year.  Its cheating people out of money.  😡

 

Call their service department you might be under warranty.  Or they will figure something out because the band is defective.
