I need help as my Fitbit Charge 2 started flashing between notifications on/off several hours ago. My battery was getting low so I fully charged my Charge 2. It is still flashing on/off. I would really appreciate an answer & solution for this as I love using my Fitbit.

Let me know if any more info is needed.

Same has been happening to me..

Also, since this morning I have had a line through the top of the screen and can barely read the time. Same throughout the different options.

I have already tried a reset.

After 2 hours of technical support was told that there is nothing that can be done, and I was free to purchase a charge 3 at a discounted fee,

I wasn't even given given that option. Support just said 'sorry'.

I’ve given up on Fitbit. The customer service is terrible and the products are not worth the money. Paying over $100 for a plastic wrist toy is just nonsense.

My advice is to buy another brand of fitness monitor. Multiple devices have
done this in the Fitbit universe have done this and they don’t GAF. Don’t
waste your money with them anymore.

Exactly my problem today, but the Fitbit (Charge 2) is 4 years old, so no chance of a warranty claim. I will try letting the battery drain, thank you all.

This process solved the problem for me … it’s been working fine for several years since then. Nevertheless, I gave mine away and have moved on to an iwatch. I hope the process helps you get your Fitbit in working order again.
