I bought the "Big Weather Stats" watch face. I paid for it on some random third party website for which I had to make an account. Then to confirm my payment issue I had to make a separate account for a website called LINK. I am getting really annoyed because I can't get the actual new watch face to show up as an option on the fitbit app and it keeps saying I have to buy it. I clicked to use it again and now it is saying I only have it for a one hour trial. Why is this process so freaking confusing?!

Hi @yandou and welcome to the forums.
Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you bought the "Big Weather Stats" clock face (a third party app) and can't get the actual new watch face to show up as an option on the Fitbit app, and it keeps saying you have to buy it.
This is not the experience wanted for our customers, and I can definitely understand your feelings about this situation.
I suggest you to contact the app developper. You should be able to find the "Contact developer" option within the app. If the option is missing, please report the issue in the app's description. Report an app or content in an app.

@yandou You posted in the Charge 4 forum. Third party clock faces are only available for smartwatches, not trackers.
