Hello Fitbit Rep,
I have a Fitbit Charge2, which I got used as a gift to replace another that I had only recently gotten, but which had a cracked screen. The new (to me) one appeared to have the data erased, but somehow, when I finally got it working, I was bombarded with emails about different badges I had won! I'd really like to work toward actually winning some badges, so I hope there's a way I can remove the badges without having to set up the Fitbit all over again. By the way, it seemed a little odd because the rest of my own data was still in place. Please advise and thank you.
