My Charge 2 has been a champion, but I took it off the other day to charge it. It didn't charge properly (as happens sometimes) so I put it back into the charger thing for another try. Then the next time, it was showing a set-up screen and had lost all data. Tried a bunch of different things - turned phone off and on, tried setup options, turned bluetooth off and on, but it wouldn't pair, wouldn't set up, wouldn't do anything.
I happened to have a second Charge 2 still in the box. Took it out and charged both of them up on the brand new charger just in case the charger was the problem. Now neither of them will pair with my iPhone 7 and I notice that the green light that usually flashes when you pick it up is absent. The fact that both devices have gone wonky at the same time is making me think it's more than just a device issue. Any ideas???

@agentil It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2's and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I would start by cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL certified usb adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. This is to ensure it is charging and that the display isn't an issue.
For syncing and setup try clearing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
Let me know how it goes.
