My FitBit Charge 2 came today. I’ve not worn it yet! It’s charging in my vehicle and already logged 380 steps and 828 calories.

 

Googled this to find I have to combat this by logging driving as an activity - which has to be done in an internet browser, not the app?? Tell me this is a joke?

 

Please lmk if this has an actual FIX or if I should mail it back tomorrow?

Oh - and who can walk or run at 55+ mph?? Why doesn’t this thing know I’m driving? My iPhone Health app is wayyyy more accurate than this and FREE

UPDATE: Up to 1485 steps and, still, it’s only been charging while driving. Received a Happy Hill badge for 14 flights climbed. This clearly must be broken 😞
