Hiya, trying to set up a new charge 2 installed app on Lumia 535 & logged in. Tracker is on charge as I have no idea if it's charged or not and it's sitting on the /setup icon. When trying to setup via the app its not finding it even though in bluetooth settings on the phone it says its connected. I've uninstalled the app, rebooted the phone, logged out & back in and restarted the tracker as per other threads but its still not doing anything. Advice please thought this would be a simple process! :0)

@greentara00, you are sayin that your phone's Bluetooth indicates the tracker is connected, but the app cannot connect to it, correct? If this is the case, open your phone Settings, Bluetooth, select the Fitbit device and Forget it. Then open the Fitbit app and start the Set Up a Device in order to pair your tracker. You cannot pair it directly with the phone's Bluetooth settings.

Thanks for this. I had the same problem with my new Charge 3. Spent a couple of hours wondering what was happening then fortunately I found your post. I followed your clear instructions and it worked! Thanks again.
