I have searched the forums etc with nothing working for my new Charge 3.
Unboxed it, charged it, then connected to my android phone, said there was an update that could take 30 minutes and to keep the App open. Well as we all know, phones tend to go to sleep when left there.
It would stop the sync all the time and then it's stuck there.
I can't reboot it, my phone no longer sees it as a bluetooth device
Not sure what else to try.
