I just opened up my fitbit charge 3 updated it with the phone and now I don't see anything on the watch screen. I started the process over and this time the screen is working.

Hi there @SharonShea, welcome to the Community Forums. We're glad to hear that you were able to fix the blank screen of your Charge 3.
If you experience any of the following issues, restart your device:
Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data.
If you can’t sync Fitbit Charge 3, or if you have trouble with connected GPS or tracking your stats, you can restart your tracker from your wrist. From the clock face, swipe to Settings and tap Reboot Device.
If your tracker is unresponsive, follow the restart instructions below.
