My new Charge came 2 hours ago. I hooked it up we were all doing fine. now the app shows no history whatsoever. the Website does. I cannot get the app work or the watch. I ran this am with the versa lite which showed 10K steps those are gone as are the last 5 years. Can someone help me

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @krinke. Thanks for letting us know that the app no longer shows your Charge 3 history and the Website does.
Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time.
Please confirm that you have your device connected to the original email address and that you only have one watch set up with your account.
