New Charge 3 won’t turn on

My mum has picked up a new charge 3 device today, we’ve took it out the box and the device isn’t responding. I’ve tried plugging into charger and tried a hard reset and still no response.

 

Is there anything else I can try ?

 If you dont see it charging after and hour I would take it back and exchange it.

Can be hard to locate on the charger correctly. Make sure side you don't have the charger upside down - check location of 3 dots. Also ensure side arms locate entirely over the front face.
