New Charge 4 , Still not tracking sleep or getting notifications for targets reached .

Hi,  I have a new  charge 4 .   previously I was asked to wait for a new firmware version .  what  number is this new update ?

It is not tracking sleep.  I'm having   6-8 hours and  logging  an hour of two of this .

I am not getting notifications  when I reach my daily step target .     (I want the  fireworks and stars back  ) 🙏

also no reminders to move  ..

My last charge 3  did all this perfectly .

So hoping for some advice and tips to get this  new charge 4 on track and help it do these simple things ! It might be a user error ! 🙄

Surely  it should update to latest firmware version  on its first connection ?😁

Any help gratefully received  !

To do the factory reset: Go to your Charge 4's settings > Tap About > Clear User data                       Go to the phone's Bluetooth settings and remove your Fitbit device from there. Then, open up the Fitbit app on your phone. Select the 'account' icon in the top corner of the screen. This shows "your account", which should have your watch under 'Devices'. Select "+ Set Up a Device". Continue through all instructions.  You will get a 4-digit code to input during the process.

You can easily try this few steps to see if it'll work out..

1. Sync your Fitbit to the app

2. Clean your Fitbit sensor

3. Try wearing your Fitbit in a different position

4. Check your Fitbit battery level

5. Change sleep sensitivity setting

6. Don't sellect '' Going to bed''

7. Check heart rate settings especially if you don't see your sleep

8. Remove and re-add Fitbit

9. Restart Fitbit

10. Factory reset.

      I hope this work out...
