Ive switched off and on iPhone and Charge 4 at least 6 times, synced at least 35 times, messages last night and had a conversation, polite but not helpful. I’m still unable to update from: 1.96.29 to 1.100.34. That means no SP O2 app one of the main reasons I bought it.
Can anyone please Help me?
Happily it’s an Amazon buy so it can get returned. I honestly hope a new owner would have pushed through changes to try and resolve the forever issues of poor software and flakey updates. This is my 4th Charge. The charge 3 ran for over 3 years then the screen slowly died but the app still worked. Buy a new phone and can’t access it.

Hi All
Just finished updating the firmware. Thanks everyone for reading, now my wife has stopped “encouraging me” to send it back and buy an Apple Watch. I hope this is now as good and long lasting as the Charge 3 was.
