This is a continuation of my earlier report. I subscribe to the premium subscription trial of 90 days hoping that with this will activate an update to the firmware. Waited some time but nothing happened, so went in to cancel the premium trial and also removed payment mode from google account. Then today, in the evening, got notification from my phone fitbit apps that I have an update and true enough the update mysteriously arrived. Put my tracker on charge and did the update. Now firmware is 48.20001.100.34 and it has added a few more functions and capabilities including spo2. So all is good. By the way even though I canceled the trial subscription, its still on premium until 90 days later when the subscription automatically cancels as I already cancelled it. This is good in case I forget and don't get a reminder.

Cannot get spo2 function. Firmware still on 48.20001.78.33. Refuse to update to 1.100.34. Seems like not available for Singapore. Very sad.

Just to clarify! The Firmware version on the Charge 4 should be VERSION 1.100.43
If you still are on VERSION 1.100.34 you'll need to wait until the .43 update is available for you. This will be shown in the app
Actually the SPO2 feature is available in Singapore, more about this, can be read here
Please continue using the Charge 4 normally and in a few days you should receive the latest firmware update.
Please do not forget to sync at least 1-2 times a day.
