I remain very disappointed in the new (not so new now!) app. It still doesn’t provide all the data for autocorrected activities that the old app did. If I go for a walk, run, cycle etc and I don’t set my Fitbit (a charge 2, still working very well) to record the activity, the autocorrected activity only tells me the length of the time of the activity and the calories burned. No data on maximum or average heart rates or time spent in specific zones, all of which the old app provided. So
why do you launch an app that doesn’t provide at least the same functionality as the old one? Is Fitbit deliberately trying to piss off its users and drive them elsewhere? I first raised this issue months ago, and was told the technicians were working on it, but it still hasn’t been rectified. Get your act together, Fitbit!
