New charge 2 won’t turn on

So I just got my new Charge two yesterday and I’ve had it charging for 2 plus hours, the green lights on the back are on. When I press the power button it does vibrate but doesn’t turn on, it just stays black. If anybody knows anything on how to fix this please let me know ! Thank you !

@bzuidema try rebooting it a couple of times. To do this pop it back on the charger and press and hold the left button. Hopefully you should see the Fitbit emblem appear as it reboots.
