I have worn my new charge 3 for 3 days straight and it's still not tracking my sleep. I called tech support and I was told i need to wear it 7 days before it will start working. I changed the sensitivity and still it wont work.

Sorry can't really help but it should start working immediately, no seven day waiting period. The sleep tracking needs your heart rate. When you go to the heart rate menu does it should the heart rate for all hours of the day or are there gaps in the graph?
Also is it not detecting any sleep at all or are you just not getting a sleep score?
