Hi @jobaby14, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this up, I'll be glad to help you to change your clock face on your Charge 3.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Charge 3 by following the steps at: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and log out of the Fitbit app, force quit it, and then log back in to try again. The proper steps to change the clock face, can be found here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Regarding your inquiry about floors and weight, there isn't an option to edit the stats that the Charge 3 shows and currently, we do not currently have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.

Let me know if the steps provided work, I'll be around if you need more help. 😉

Hi,
Thanks for your email. I just tried to restart, several times but i
still can't change the clock. When i select the clock face i want it
just goes round and round for ages then nothing. Oh well I'll just try
and get used to the one i have. ☺

You're welcome @jobaby14! Thanks for trying the steps I recommended and for the update. Let's try the following in the order shown (even when some of them you've tried already):

  1. Make sure mobile app and Firmware version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Charge 3.
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.

Hope to hear good news, keep me in the loop! 😉

Hi @jobaby14, thanks for getting back and for the update. Since those troubleshooting steps didn't work:

  1. Restart mobile device.
  2. Unpair and pair again
  3. If the step 1 and 2 don't work, please (sync your Charge 3 prior to doing this) on your device, open the Settings app > About Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

Let me know how it goes.

I am having this same issue with my charge 3 and have tried all of the steps. It was a replacement for one that stopped charging after 6 months. Could it be something in the app itself?

Don't think so as I've had a charge 2 before and I was able to change
the clock with no trouble

Unfortunately still no joy. Followed your instructions a couple of
times and still the same.
I had a Charge 2 and I could change it with no problems. Weird.
