Just purchased a new Charge 3 yesterday. I have installed the app on my phone and it does sync. However, I am not able to finish setting up my device - keeps saying www.fitbit.com/set up.
Please help if you can!

So disappointed - taking back to the store today. Bought two - one for myself and my mother.
Returning both - what a waste of time!
