I have just replaced my charge 3 that died after 2 years ,( the previous one only lasted 2 years too, which is a bit disappointing ) with a charge 4.
It isn't logging sleep .. I know how to wear my fitbit . having had one for quite a few years .
Ive read all the posts and complaints about this issue and there doesn't seem to be a solution .
Should I return this while I can , and go for another make ?
I need the sleep stats !
Many thanks

@Saldunc , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and for trying the steps that you used with the Charge 3.
If you just got the Charge 4, it'll need to receive a firmware update. This will be announced on the Fitbit app, when it's ready for you. Afterwards follow the steps here. How do I update my Fitbit device?
After the Update is installed you'll need to wear the Charge 4 for a few nights so that the tracker can register your baseline, in order to recognize your sleep.
Hope this helps.
