I have a new iPhone XR and an ~ 3y/o Charge 2. The Charge 2 is not appearing as an available Bluetooth device for pairing on my phone so the Charge is not syncing with the Fitbit phone app.
I searched this forum and followed the good, clear directions for fixing this problem but the Charge 2 is still not recognized as a Bluetooth device by the phone. I've stopped and started Bluetooth on the phone. I've rebooted the phone. I've rebooted the Charge 2, twice. I've tried all of these steps with the Charge 2 charging. I finally followed the directions for the nuclear solution--to remove the Charge 2 from my app account-- and then tried pairing the Charge 2 with the phone again. The Charge 2 is still not recognized by the phone as a Bluetooth device.
I rely on the Fitbit phone app and use it often throughout the day. Now I think I've lost all my synced history in the app and I still can't get the Charge and the phone to recognize each other. I'd really like to get the Fitbit and the phone "talking" again. Help, please.
