New phone and a charge 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've just got a new phone  and I can't link my charge  3 to it. My fitbit account is on the phone. All my data has gone, ie steps, miles walked, heart rate, sleep, etc. Bluetooth cannot find the Charge 3 watch. What do I do....in simple terms please. I've booted the watch mamy times and restarted  Bluetooth many times.

Hi @suabar  your Fitbit data resides on the Fitbit servers, which is why you sync, so it goes there for safe keeping. If you log into FItbit with your email address and password, your history will be there.

Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see

My phone is Samsung Galaxy A41. Its not listed in the compatible phones,
but neither is it listed in the incompatible phones. I asked when I bought
the phone if it would work with the fitbit and was assured it would. I have
just tried to pair the phone to the car and it won't do that either! The
phones Bluetooth doesn't seem to pick up any device. Not sure what to do
now.
