I recently upgraded my phone and when I logged into the Fitbit app, all my tracking history has gone. I'm using the same email and password. Just wondered if anyone else has had this happen? Thank you

Not sure how that helps. I've obviously looked at my fitbit dashboard, I've logged into my account on my laptop, synced my tracker and still all my info prior to having my new phone is no longer there. It's only got the info tracked since last Wednesday .

There was nothing you said that made it obvious to me that you had looked at the fitbit.com dashboard. You said you had logged into the fitbit app, but that is not the same thing as the fitbit.com dashboard.
The fitbit.com dashboard more reliably reflects the actual fitbit database. Sometimes if your phone app is not showing data, looking at the fitbit.com dashboard helps to verify if it a problem with data missing or just a problem with the app display.

Thank you. I think I just have to accept the info has been lost for some reason. No big deal, just an annoyance!
